By creating an account, uploading images, or using any part of VibeTat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.

Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

The Service

VibeTat provides AI-powered tattoo design and visualization tools, including:

• Text-to-Tattoo: generate tattoo designs from a text description
• Photo-to-Tattoo: turn a reference photo into a tattoo design
• Virtual Tattoo Try-On: preview a tattoo design on a body photo

⚠️ Preview, not a guarantee: AI-generated designs and try-on previews are visual planning aids. The final tattoo depends on your artist, placement, skin, scale, and healing, and may differ from the preview.

Acceptable Use

You may use our service to:

• Generate tattoo designs from your own text prompts or photos
• Use generated designs for personal or commercial purposes (based on your plan)
• Download and share your designs and try-on previews with your tattoo artist
• Explore and experiment with different tattoo styles

Prohibited Use

You must NOT:

• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Upload images containing child exploitation material (CSAM)
• Upload images that violate others' privacy rights
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our AI models
• Abuse free trials or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Use automated tools to mass-generate content without permission

Generations

• Usage is measured in generations. Each tattoo generation (text-to-tattoo, photo-to-tattoo, or virtual try-on) uses one generation.
• The Free plan includes a limited number of generations to try the service. Pro subscriptions include a monthly allowance of generations.
• Subscription generations refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. Generations expire according to your plan.
• The current prices, generation allowances, and expiry periods are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Those displayed amounts govern your purchase.

Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

• All prices are in USD.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until canceled.
• Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images using our AI technology solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Designs

• Personal Use (Free): You may use generated tattoo designs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial Use (Pro): Pro subscribers receive a commercial license for the tattoo designs they generate.
• AI-generated designs may not be unique and similar outputs may be produced for other users; we make no guarantee of exclusivity.
• You may not claim our AI models or technology as your own.
• You may not resell or redistribute our service.

Our Platform

All rights, title, and interest in VibeTat (including our website, AI models, algorithms, and branding) remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.
